Hey, I could help but notice the comment you left on crusha's most recent layout submission.
Divs are not against the TOS. The only things mentioned in the TOS are that you can't have the ad hidden and you need the "Contact Myspace" and "Report Abuse" links. I've actually been violating those rules for about two years now and I've never been deleted.
Just thought I'd let you know so your layout choices don't have to be so limited. ;D
